Easy pricing, no hidden fees, no listing fees

  • Similar marketplace services like Etsy charge listing fees, transaction fees, processing fees, and high monthly subscriptions. We cover the shipping cost when you make a sale and don't charge you per listing.

    When you succeed, we succeed. What margins we reinvest, we more than makeup through the success of our sellers.

Free shipping for your items

  • The real work often begins after a sale. Knack automatically establishes contact with your customer and you as the seller.

    We generate your printable shipping label and tracking number, provide default insurance coverage up to $100.00, and offer the flexibility to schedule a pick of your "recently sold" item directly from your dashboard.

Manage your money

  • Managing your money is easy with Knack. With our strong integration with Stripe, you'll be able to collect payments, get instant payouts, process refunds, and generate discount codes for your products or services.

    We'll be adding PayPal as an integration partner within the coming months for sellers who prefer an additional checkout and payment service.






Low commissions on Artwork and Handmade items

  • Marketplaces such as Etsy and Shopify charge listing fees, transaction fees, and payment processing fees, and some charge a referral fee from each sale like Amazon Handmade, which can be as high as 15%.

    We charge a below industry-standard 30% - 40% commission on art purchases and between 5%-8% on all other sales.

Keeping your unique, creative brand in mind

  • After you're approved, you can log in and finish the setup process. Get creative and add your logo, biography, and social media accounts.

    Remember that you are a brand, regardless of trade. Maximize product reach, and promote your listings on your platforms and channels. If you're looking for additional visibility and traction, consider advertising with Knack.

Built-in email notifications and in-app messaging

  • Communication is a serious business when selling online. Nothing leaves the worst impression like forgetting to respond to a message; this will often lead to you losing a customer.

    Youโ€™ll receive emails, SMS, and dashboard notifications when a potential customer contacts you or if youโ€™re just casually chatting.

Knack is free and there are no fees to list your items, however, we do charge a commission on each sale.
Yes. We pre-screen each applicant in order to make sure your items and business comply with our polices. Approval can be quick, so read carefully and submit all required information.
Multiple items are prohibited, and violations of our policies will result in the suspension of your services or the removal of your account and assets. Terms and Conditions
Knack applies a 40% commission on art sells, and either 5% - 8% on all additional sales.
Yes, if the item is truly handmade. We review each listing in order to make sure all parties involved in the transaction are aware of whatโ€™s being purchased. However, itโ€™s discouraged for you to buy an item from Knack and dishonestly try to sell it as your own on Knack or another marketplace.

We will not be kind to those who violate our policies and steal from hardworking creatives and small businesses.
Yes. Handmade items are available for buyers to pick up, meet, or be delivered by the seller. Purchases must be within 25 miles of the seller for this option to be available.
No. Handmade items are for purchase only.
We review each seller's application independent of a formal process. The two main things we look for are product uniqueness and an established brand.
